We offer Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) Standard Delivery: £3.95 | FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £50.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Yes! All UK orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may take 1-2 additional days.
Our courier will leave a card with instructions. You can arrange redelivery, collection from a local depot, or delivery to a neighbour through the courier's tracking portal.
Contact us immediately at Store@kasii.co If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the delivery address. Once dispatched, you'll need to contact the courier directly.
